Celia is a genuinely giving, accepting and warm person, who calms her inner fear of being unloved by helping others.
Kind, Polite, Optimistic, and never seen without a smile. Celia believes that if she keeps a constant smile on her face, maybe others will smile too. She enjoys making people happy.People always says she gets her determination and happy attitude towards everything from her father. Celia gets lost a lot because she had no sense of direction, and it wouldn't be the first time she's appeared at a random strangers home exclaiming 'I'm home~".Sometimes, she becomes flustered easily, mainly when she gets lost. Despite the fact that she can be scatter brained and have no sense of direction, she loves going on an adventure or to some new place. When her mind is set,she goes for it.

Celia is often looking for the good in people, and will go to major lengths to cheer up someone who is sad. She is often putting others first, which can be her down fall at most times. Celia is aware of weaknesses and tries hard to fix them, but she always turns out unsuccessful. She had always wanted to be a master cook even though she cant cook, but her persistence wont let her give up on that dream. Celia has also been told that she is a bit bossy. She takes on more than she can handle. If you tell her she's too small to lift something, she will try anyway and possibly hurt herself. Since she is so small, she is often demanding piggyback rides from her friends. She had been told she acts childish and should grow up more.

Celia Elemenni Lockheart is the only child of Elena and Eric Lockheart. Celia grew up in a high class family. Before she was born, he parents would take year long trips to places all around the world. Some were business trips, others were just for the fun ofi t. They knew thier money around and usually didnt care for anything but fun, money and each other. Celia was an accident, someone her parents never prepared for. Her parents did not want to give up the luxirious lie they had , and they didnt want to have a spoiled child.Since he parents were so busy, she spent most of her life with her grandmother. Celia always loved and found the good in people. She loved her grand parents very much, but her grandmtoher was the only one who could tolerate playing with the girl all day. Celia would mainly be in the kitchen watching her cook, or in their big back yard. In school, Celia was not the brightest kid out there, but she always tried and passed. She was a C average student. Celia did get picked on when she was little, but she would usually just smile.

When Celia turned sixteen her grandmother got sick and she had to move back with her parents. They only kept her for two years before declaring that they wanted to move to New Zealand for some reason. Celia decided that she would get a job and raise money so she could move her grandmother out to a beautiful . Celia has had the dream of owning a big cafe with her grandmother ever since she was little. Her grand father passed away a year ago, which only made Celia become a workaholic, fearing something terrible would happen to her grandmother if she left her in her hometown for too long. When her grandmother recovered, she decided to go back to her hometown where her husband was buried. She claimed that she needed to let Celia live her own life instead of spending it taking care of her. Celia thought she had done something wrong -- her dream of owning a cafe was crushed. So , now Celia works and tries to help everyone she can. A young girl, named Myra would always visit her job and they ended up becoming friends. She offered Myra a home , hoping that they could become the best of friends. Myra rejected, claiming that she would not feel well in one place. But, she would always visit. She didnt know meeting Myra would change her so much, make her discover that she would ever be doing something bigger than running a cafe.

When she met Xyn, Myra's ex-boyfriend, she ended up feeling like she needed to take care of him, no matter how rude people said he was. Celia didnt see it. She allowed Xyn to move in with her when he had a falling out with his own parents. She was the only one who saw Xyn's childish , innocent, baby side. When Myra came back one day, she was upset to find that they had gotten so close. Celia felt bad when she realized Mya wanted to move . After constant stress and bickering from Xyn and Myra, Celia wasnt sure what to do. She discovered that her grandmother had passed away. The girl was devasted, but kepts a happy face. Her grandmother left her everything, which was large some of money. Once she got a phone call from her parents that they were visiting, Celia took her two best friends, the money she inherited , and went on a cruise. It wasnt just any cruise. It was a fancy cruise , in which the passengers would be on a flying ship with rooms, food, entertainment, just like a cruise ship. But, you know flying.

A famous assassin, Youkai, happened to be on that same cruise, things got crazy. Drama broke out on the cruise when men came looking for Youkai. The flying ship ended up crashing in some unknown ocean. Celia acted quickly saving al lthat she could. She had saved Youkai herself, and what seemed to be Youkai's small sister, Yashie. Once they had gotten to land, she found Xyn Myra and afew other survivers. Celia did all she could with the things she could find on the island. She helaed, repaired and helpedo ut all she could. They all stayed on the island for only 2 days before they were discovered.

They were rescued by an army. Celia discovered Youkai wasnt an assassin but a secret solider. She suggested Celia and Myra join her secret army, seeing as she was the only reliable one to go on scouting meeting and keeping those mosnters who attacked her in check. She had no hope for Xyn. Now Celia is a member ofthe Lomaen army, set out on defeating the Rutari army that wants to use their powers to take over Lomaen City, controlling its number 1 Engingeering company. All a part of a bigger scheme to rule the entire kingdom
