1  )      I retain Intellectual Property rights to all drawings that were

commissioned. That means, even after the work is delivered to you,

the works rights still belong to me. This means you cannot claim the

work as yours, resell the drawing to anyone, or copyright it to your-

self. Credit belongs to me. ( This excludes me having rights to a

character you designed, adopted, or own yourself. Just the drawing )
 

2  )      You may cancel an order before I have started. If I have started partial

payment will be returned for the amount of work done.

If I must cancel your order, then full payment will be refunded regardless of work.

Half of the payment will be sent once I have started your order ( Money

does not have to be sent when the order is made if there is a list)

The other half of payment will be sent once the drawing is complete. When full

payment is reserved, an unwatermarked, high quality version will be sent in the format

of your choosing :) ( .png, .jpeg, .psd etc)

3  )       Patience is very must appreciated. Since, I have college work and life to worry about
as well, give me 2 weeks before asking me about the condition of your drawing. If there is a

wait list, message me again after a month ( depend on how far you are on the list) to

confirm that you still want a drawing + to make sure I have not forgotten.
 

4  )       Payments will be through paypal , unless you know me in real life.
 

5  )       I have the right to decline an order that is against what I do ( see 'will not' list')
